I’m a twenty something year old girl with big dreams and a considerably oversized bucket list!
I like to blame my passion for life on being born a Scorpio. Once I find something that I love doing, it becomes the centre of my world. This is how I fell head over heels for travelling and also developed some understandable obsessions with coffee, sausage dogs, red wine and London!
Since we’re playing the ‘Getting to Know You’ game, I’m also a big fan of tennis (yes I have camped out for Wimbledon tickets), am a self-confessed raw chocolate addict, a lover of all things French, will travel very long distances for a perfectly crafted coffee (and brunch), and have recently become a total health and superfood enthusiast!
When I first moved to London in July 2012, it definitely tested my organisation and planning skills. There was just so much to do in such a short space of time, but I was up for the challenge and that’s how the London New Girl blog was born! I couldn’t believe there weren’t any websites that collated all the information I wanted to know about moving to one of the world’s biggest and most exciting cities, so I made it my personal mission to document all my research and thoughts to help others who were thinking about making the same journey.
2 years on, I’m happily living the dream in London and sharing all my on-the-job knowledge with you all. I’m happy to confirm that all that planning and research was completely worth it as moving here is the biggest and best thing that I’ve ever done! I now focus on helping others move to London, as I firmly believe that this is something that everyone deserves to experience at least once in their lifetime.
Follow my journey as I share all my ideas, tips and adventures with you along the way.
